The ground rules for the Servo website, account features, and early-access waitlist.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Servo website and the account and waitlist features currently available. You can contact Servo at support@servoai.org. If you use Servo for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
Additional product or subscription terms may be presented before you use a launched product or buy a paid plan. They are not created by joining the waitlist.
2. Your account
Use accurate information and an account you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in provider account secure and tell us if you believe your Servo account has been misused. Do not impersonate another person or share access in a way that puts someone else’s information at risk.
Creating an account does not automatically grant access to ServoKB or ServoAI. You may sign out at any time and contact us to request account deletion.
3. Using Servo responsibly
Use the website and available features lawfully. Do not attempt to access other users’ information, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, or use forms to send spam. If you discover a security issue, report it to support@servoai.org without accessing or exposing someone else’s data.
You retain ownership of information you provide. Only submit information you have the right to share. Servo’s branding, website design, and artwork are not licensed for resale or redistribution merely by visiting the site; third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Product status and pricing
ServoKB is in development and ServoAI is coming soon. Descriptions of planned features are not a guarantee of availability or a launch date. Illustrative metrics and concept demonstrations are not measured product benchmarks.
The Pricing page lists planned monthly prices in USD. Paid checkout is not currently available. No payment, recurring charge, or paid subscription is created by joining the waitlist or creating an account. Final plan limits, billing, cancellation, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before a paid purchase.
Preview features may change or be interrupted. Do not rely on a preview as your sole source for critical decisions or as your only copy of important information.
5. Privacy, cookies, and waitlist
Our Privacy page explains account data, essential cookies, waitlist retention, and removal requests. Joining the waitlist requires separate consent to early-access updates. Acknowledging the cookie notice does not subscribe you to updates or create an account.
Third-party sign-in services have their own terms and privacy practices. Servo does not ask for your Google or GitHub password.
6. Changes, access, and contact
We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. We may update these terms as the service evolves, with the revised date shown here. Material changes affecting an active account or paid service will be communicated through an appropriate notice before they take effect.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions about these terms or your account, email support@servoai.org.
